IAW FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) Veterans Affairs Police requires a contractor to supply and install a Brand Name, Motorola Police Radio System, providing continuous radios and GPS connectivity throughout the Tulsa VA Medical Center. The contractor will be required to supply and install police radio antennas, repeaters, dispatch consoles and handheld radios to provide coverage for up to 25 personnel, a minimum of 3 repeaters, a base station, 3 interoperability external radios, dispatch consoles installed and delivered in September of 2025 after the VA receives the building. Please see SOW for the breakdown of the equipment requested.
Background
The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) is seeking a contractor to supply and install a Motorola Police Radio System at the new Tulsa VA Medical Center, which is currently under renovation and expected to be operational by September 2025.

The goal of this contract is to ensure continuous radio and GPS connectivity for the Veterans Affairs Police, facilitating effective communication for safety during emergencies.

Work Details
The contractor will provide and install the following equipment:
- Police radio antennas
- A minimum of 3 repeaters
- Dispatch consoles
- Handheld radios for up to 25 personnel
- A base station
- 3 interoperability external radios

All equipment must be compatible with existing Motorola radios and software used by the VA hospital in Muskogee, OK, and the VA clinic in Tulsa.

The installation is scheduled for September 2025, after the facility is turned over to the VA.

Period of Performance
Delivery and installation are required in September 2025.

Place of Performance
The new Tulsa VA Medical Center located at 440 S. Houston Ave, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74127.
