Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), on behalf of the Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) International Program Office (IPO), plans to award one or more firm fixed price IDIQ contracts for production of MIDS Low Volume Terminals (LVT), spares and engineering services. The period of performance for the base IDIQ contract will be five years (five one-year ordering periods). The estimated award date for these contracts is August 2015 and will be based upon full and open competition. In order to be eligible for award, an offeror must demonstrate the ability to manufacture and deliver qualified MIDS LVTs by the delivery dates required in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The estimated date for solicitation release is February 2015. The applicable RFP number is N00039-15-R- 0222.
