December 4, 2014 - The DRAFT solicitation is hereby posted below. ___________________________________________________________________________ December 2, 2014 This pre-solicitation synopsis is hereby modified as follows: Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic, Charleston, SC intends to issue a request for proposals (RFP) N65236-13-R- 0016 for the procurement of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Command and Control (C2) equipment, software and hardware licenses/maintenance associated with COTS Equipment not available via mandatory sources, renewals for software and hardware licenses/maintenance not available via mandatory sources, warranties, and incidental support. The primary users of the equipment are the DoD and Federal Civilian Agencies throughout the Government. The subject procurement will be solicited as a full and open competition. The Government intends to make multiple awards of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Firm-Fixed Price type contract. The Government estimate for this effort is $750M. The period of performance will be a base year with four (4) one-year option periods. The applicable NAICS code for this effort will be 334220, with a size standard of 750 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) will be 5895, and the non- manufacturing rule is applicable to this procurement.
