This future opportunity notice is to advise industry that as a result of themarket survey issued on 23 November 2010, SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic (SSC-LANT) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for world-wide Command,Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, andReconnaissance (C4ISR) Test & Evaluation support with an emphasis in theMiddle Eastern, European, African, and Central / Southwest Asian regions forCENTCOM, EUCOM, SOCOM, PACOM and AFRICOM as a full and opencompetition. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to this futureopportunity announcement. Anticipated work shall provide support to the SSC-LANT European Office located in Stuttgart, Germany. Places of performanceinclude Stuttgart, Germany, Charleston, SC, and other CENTCOM, EUCOM,SOCOM, PACOM and AFRICOM locations. NOTE REGARDING SYNOPSIS: This synopsis is for information and planningpurposes ONLY and is not to be construed as a commitment by theGovernment. This is NOT a solicitation announcement. The informationprovided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government tosolicit for or award a competitive contract. The applicable North AmericanIndustry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 with a size standard of$27M. The Government estimate for this effort is $750M. A full and opencompetitive, multiple award, cost-plus-fixed-fee, performance based, indefinitedelivery, indefinite quantity type contract (with provisions for firm fixedpriceorders), with a one (1) year base period to be followed by four (4) one-yearoption periods. This is considered a follow-on requirement to Contract N65236-07-D-5884. The incumbent contractor is M.C. Dean of Chantilly, Virginia. The projected date for Request for Proposals (RFP) release is on or before 25April 2011.
