Manufacturer must be able to provide independent lab test results showing compliance with the Columbia River Basin standard tag specifications as described in the CPTE, attachment 1, prior to delivery
Vendors must submit a copy of testing plan and the credentials of their 3rd party testing service.
NOTE: Vendors that have provided non compliant PIT tags in the past 5 years may be removed from consideration as part of a past performance evaluation.

1. Vendor shall submit a copy of Test results and testing procedures with this quote.
2. A statement of confirmation that the product will come in bulk trays of 100 units that does not require individual unwrapping of each tag and needle unit to load the reusable injector tool. The tool shall be able to reload from the bulk tray directly without additional preparation of the tag besides pressing the tool onto the tag and needle unit.
