Description

This contract action is a follow-on of contract FA5682-21-P-0073 which was awarded on a sole source basis for the lease of two temporary office facilities (42,000 SF), to include 18 months of routine and as needed maintenance and repairs for these facilities. These buildings are prefabricated metal office structures that were assembled on site at Mike Loop in Area F on Aviano Air base, Italy. The facilities are currently being used by the 57th Rescue Squadron (RQS) until the new Guardian Angel Facility construction contract (NAVFAC) has been completed. The new contract was awarded on a sole source basis, with a periof of performance of up to 20 months.
