This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Manchester VA Medical Center (VAMC) Single Award Task Order Contracts (SATOC). Please see the instructions below for information on submission requirements.
Background
This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Manchester VA Medical Center (VAMC) Single Award Task Order Contracts (SATOC). The solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. The construction IDIQ contracts shall provide general construction work at an indefinite quantity by placing individual task orders with the contractors within minimum and maximum limitations of $2,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 per task order. Aggregate value for each awarded contract combined shall not exceed $7,000,000.00.

Work Details
The Manchester VAMC has a need for general construction services for the maintenance, alterations, and repair of buildings, or other real property projects.

The contracts will expedite contract award for construction requirements by reducing engineer design work and acquisition lead-time. Once a project applicable to the IDIQ construction contract is identified, the Contracting Officer (CO) shall issue a request for a task order proposal to the contractor.

Period of Performance
Period of Performance: NTP + five-year period or $7,000,000.00 maximum limit per contract, whichever comes first.
