561 WPS FMS IT Support

Background
The 561st Weapons Squadron (WPS) at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, is responsible for producing the Air Force Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (AFTTP) manuals and executing disclosure guidance for releasing tactical employment doctrine to allied nations.

The contractor will provide Client Systems Administrator Specialist Support to ensure the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) tactics program has fully functional workstations and technology, adhering to government compliance requirements.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary for IT support. Specific tasks include:

- administering system applications;
- managing user accounts;
- troubleshooting network issues;
- assisting with hardware/software purchases;
- providing training on new systems;
- maintaining an inventory of IT assets;
- ensuring compliance with security policies;
- serving as the FMS IT Project Officer.

The contractor must also develop work procedures and maintain operational readiness of all systems.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a period of performance consisting of one base year of 12 months and four option years of 12 months each.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at building 1114 at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada.
