Superpave 58-34 Asphalt and a Mobile Asphalt Plant

Background
The National Park Service requires Superpave 58-34 Asphalt and a Mobile Asphalt Plant for Yellowstone National Park in support of its paving operations. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. The acquisition will be a firm-fixed price contract awarded through the process to the offeror that provides the best value to the government.

Work Details
Yellowstone National Park requires superpave 58-34 asphalt and a mobile asphalt plant, in accordance with the attached Specifications.

The specific products to be delivered under the contract are as follows:
Base Item 1: Asphalt Plant - Delivery: 10/25/2024;
Base Item 2: Mobilization and Demobilization of Plant to Norris Junction Pit - Delivery: 10/25/2024;
Base Item 3: 7850 tons of Superpave PG58-34 asphalt mix - Delivery: 10/25/2024;
Option Item 1: Not to exceed 1000 tons Superpave PG58-34 asphalt mix (Option Line Item) - Anticipated Exercise Date: 10/18/2024, Delivery: 10/25/2024.
