THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTE. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 140P6426Q0103 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for Roof Materials at Chickasaw National Recreation Area (CHIC).
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) Solicitation issued on Standard Form (SF) 1449. Award of this contract will be made according to FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. All references to proposal in this solicitation shall be understood to mean quotation. Quotations shall be evaluated in an impartial manner and consideration given to those with the highest perceived value to the government.
CONTRACT TYPE:
The contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a firm-fixed price commercial contract/award.
COMPLIANCE WITH RECENT EXECUTIVE ORDERS 14148/14208:
System updates may lag policy updates. The System for Award Management (SAM) may continue to require entities to complete representations based on provisions that are not included in agency solicitations, including 52.223-22, Public Disclosure of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Reduction Goals Representation, and paragraph (t) of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Background
