RIPRAP to REHAB RT11 for White River NWR   3

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCMENET ONLY. This is sources south Notice only and it is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of qualified, potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 212319. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this Sources Sought Notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this Sources Sought Notice is not an adequate reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation.
This procurement is to support the rehabilitation of RT# 011 S. CC Camp Road at Dale Bumpers White River NWR, AR. Roadway rehabilitation will be +/- 5 miles, with the addition of a low water crossing and approximately 850 of bank stabilization work. Construction will be completed by means of a Regional, Maintenance Action Team (MAT)
To support the efforts of the MAT and the bank stabilization portion of the rehabilitation, 13,500 tons of Class 2 rip-rap, 6 -24 and larger is requested to be delivered to Dale Bumpers White River NWR, AR. If an award is determined necessary delivery will be delivered and stockpiled at the Refuge maintenance yard (34.314506, -91.120247). For delivery location please refer to the associated map.
