20 June 2023: Solicitation Amendment 0002 is posted, which consists of Updated Attch 05 55WG ECM Observer CST Support Pricing Model 9.9.23 being replaced with Amendment 0002 Updated Attch 05 55WG ECM Observer CST Support Pricing Model 6.20.23. This was due to an equation error in the cell of the Pricing Model posted with Amendment 0001. Offerors are to use the Updated Attch 05 from Amendment 0002 to submit their proposals and disregard the previous versions of this document. Accordingly, Attch 03 Addendum 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors and Attch 04 Addendum 52.212-2 Evaluation have been updated to reflect the change in name to Attch 05.

The 55th Contracting Squadron will be conducting a full and open competition for non-personal services for 55th Wing ENTRY CONTROL MONITORING, OBSERVER, AND CONSTRUCTION SURVEILLANCE TECHINICIAN SUPPORT. This acquisition will utilize the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, as supplemented.

The Government intends to award one single-award IDIQ contract with a 5-year ordering period plus a 3-year ordering period option. This contract will have the capability for Firm Fixed Price and Firm Fixed Price Level of Effort line items.
