Project: 557-20-102 Renovate 5B North and East for Specialty at the Carl Vinson VAMC Dublin Georgia.

Project Description: provide management, supervision, material, tool, and labor to renovate approx. 19,900 square feet of space at the Carl Vinson VAMC Dublin Georgia. Renovations will include but are not limited to demolition of existing space and the renovation of demolished space based on provide AE design drawings and specifications. All work will be done in compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations for construction.

Period Of Performance: 730 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed.

Construction Magnitude: Between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000.

This acquisition is 100% Set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) only.

An organized site visit is scheduled for, 7 August 2025, at 9:00AM EDT. Only one site visit will be conducted.

Participants are to meet at Bldg. 29, Dublin VAMC. Vendors need to notify the listed individual(s) in advance to confirm attendance at: Bill Cheng at bill.cheng@va.gov.

Background
The project involves the renovation of approximately 19,900 square feet of space at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center in Dublin, Georgia. The renovations aim to create a new cardiology service wing in 5B North and a pulmonary, home oxygen, and telemetry service wing in 5B East. This acquisition is specifically set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), aligning with the agency's mission to support veteran-owned enterprises.

Work Details
The scope of work includes management, supervision, material provision, tools, and labor for the renovation project. Key tasks include:
- Demolition of existing spaces and renovation based on provided architectural and engineering design drawings and specifications.
- Infrastructure upgrades to plumbing, medical gas systems, fire alarm systems, fire protection systems, mechanical systems, and electrical systems.
