This notice is to inform all interested parties regarding RFP #FA4890-20-R-0004, (formerly FA4890-19-RA020) for 552 ACW E-3 CAT & CWD. In accordance with Amendment 0012, attached is the revised Questions and Answers dated 8 April, 2020. The government requests that any additional questions be submitted by 16 April, if possible, to allow time for answers and proposal submission on 27 April 2020.

Attached is Amendment 0013, SF 30, and the revised Questions and Answers dated 8 April 2020.

Background

It is the offeror’s responsibility to ensure to read the entire RFI, solicitation, RFP, attachments, and all the documents associated with this RFP for compliance.

Work Details
The SOW includes various questions and answers related to pricing elements, wage adjustments, proposal development expenses, materials for new hardcopy gradebooks, and corrections in the RFP Amendment. It also covers details about lessons updated to reflect the current Block 40/45 instruction, instructor qualifications for E-3 B Block 30/35 Aircraft, mission crew positions attending academics difference training (Ops Intro), and expectations for contractor I/SMEs eligible to be certified to teach the E-3 30/35 Operator Intro Course academics and device training.
