This acquisition is being conducted on a BRAND NAME basis with original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) CARLETON TECHNOLOGIES INC., per FAR 11.104. Interested AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS/RESELLERS may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals/quote prior to solicitation close date and time which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Award of firm-fixed price supply type contract is anticipated
