Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Billings Field Office (BiFO) is partnering with Milton Ranch, LLC to upgrade the water storage system servicing the BLM grazing allotment. This project involves purchasing two 20,000-gallon storage tanks to replace the existing open pit system used for non-potable water to service livestock.

Work Details
Procurement of two 20,000-gallon ribbed, horizontal fiberglass storage tanks to be set at ground level and buried. The contractor is responsible for providing and transporting the tanks approximately 12 miles northeast of Roundup, MT to coordinates 46.5391807 N, -108.4070733 W. The tanks must meet or exceed ASTM D3299, ASTM D4097, and AWWA D120 standards. The delivery includes:
