Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this solicitation for the project titled 'Replace Obsolete Housing' at Chaco Cultural Historical Park in New Mexico. The goal of this contract is to replace outdated housing facilities to enhance the park's operational capabilities and visitor experience. This acquisition is being conducted as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, with an estimated construction magnitude between $5 million and $10 million.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the complete replacement of obsolete housing structures at Chaco Cultural Historical Park. Specific requirements include:
- Compliance with all applicable sections from B through J and attachments noted in section J.
- The contractor must furnish any required performance and payment bonds within 10 calendar days after award.
- The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 540 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed.
- Sustainable products and services must be utilized as per EPA guidelines, including energy-efficient products that are ENERGY STAR certified or Federal Energy Management Program designated.
