Description

The United States Geological Survey (USGS), Office of Acquisition and Grants, Reston Branch is issuing a completive set-aside to establish a 5-year IDIQ to furnish bird bands for the Eastern Ecological Science Center (EESC) located at 12100 Beech Forest Road Laurel MD 20708
It is anticipated that a single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be awarded in response to this solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Task Orders will be issued on a firm-fixed price basis for various bird bands under this contract. The not-to-exceed ceiling for this IDIQ contract $450,000.00 over a period of performance of five years.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement 332999 All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for this sector is 750 employees.
