Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is planning to solicit bids for a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the construction of a new warehouse at the Butler VA Medical Center located at 325 New Castle Road, Butler, PA 16001.

The goal of this contract is to enhance storage capabilities for the VA and its associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) and other leased spaces.

Work Details
The project involves constructing approximately 18,150 Gross Square Feet (GSF) of new warehouse space.

The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the completion of the project. Specific tasks include:
- General construction
- Mechanical work
- Plumbing
- Electrical installations
- Technology integration
- Fire protection systems
- Paving
- Constructing walks
- Grading and drainage work
- Landscaping
- Utility connections including steam, condensate, chilled water, and electrical utility connections

As well as architectural components and other items as specified in the contract documents.

Period of Performance
Approximately 547 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
