Attached Amendment 5 is information for term changes to Sections L & M of the solicitation with regards to rates.
Amendments 3,4 & 5 have a response due date of 27 Aug 2021, 12:30 PM Pacific.

Per instructions in the SF33, use the below title for the subject of your email proposal:
Proposal from (your company name) for Solicitation W9123821R0021 MATOC-Fort Douglas, (Email 1 of 2, etc. if needed)
Breakdown your proposal in several emails to no more than 5 MB each, but make sure they are marked "Email 1 of 2" etc. I need this to track down your messages properly.
I will acknowledge each of your emails as received to make sure they are all in. Do a follow up with me if you don't get a response by Monday, 5 April morning.
Remember that this is due on Friday, 2 April 2021 by 10 AM Pacific. Be advised that we cannot grant extension to this deadline.

This is a solicitation notice regarding the FUDS MATOC by USACE-Sacramento District (SPK). Acquisition strategy is Partial Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). Overall MATOC target is five IDIQ contract awards including a small business reserve target of 3-4 awards[DFCRCUC(2] .
In addition, FUDS Fort Douglas will be the seed task order. The MATOC solicitation/award and will be used in part to evaluate responses for both the full and open and small business reserve portions of the solicitation. Provided with this solicitation are the MATOC PWS and Seed Ft. Douglas PWS and other related documents. A complete set of related documents will be provided to offerors during the solicitation through DOD Safe and a ProjNet entry will be created for inquiries/comments.
