508 Document Conversion

The Contractor shall perform the following tasks: 1. Convert the content of OIG-provided government documents to be compliant with (1) Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act or its successor and (2) current industry and government standards related to Section 508 accessibility. 2. Provide a final document in a saved format that complies with (1) Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act or its successor and (2) current industry and government standards related to Section 508 accessibility. This task order will enable the OIG to provide information that is compliant with Federal policies and guidelines to the public and other recipients. Documents are divided into "major" and "minor" documents. A major document is longer than 5 pages; these are primarily audit/evaluation/investigation reports, and these would have a higher likelihood of using tables, charts, and other graphic elements that might make the 508-compliance work more complex. Minor documents are 5 pages or less in length and have fewer visual elements to them: Total Documents: 135 Major/Complex Documents: 75 Minor/Simple Documents: 60 The total period of performance with all options exercised is for 5 years from the date of award.
