508 Compliance Remediation Services

Background
The Government is seeking to procure 508 Compliance Remediation Services to ensure that electronic and information technology (EIT) supplies and services meet the Section 508 accessibility standards.

This contract is issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside procurement. The mission is to enhance accessibility for individuals with disabilities in compliance with federal regulations.

Work Details
The contractor must ensure that all EIT supplies and services provided conform to the Section 508 accessibility standards, which include:
- Meeting WCAG 2.0 A and AA standards.
- Providing equivalent facilitation as per E101.2.
- Ensuring access to functionality (E203), functional performance criteria (E204), electronic content (E205), and support documentation/services (E208).
- Submitting updates to the HHS Product Assessment Template at the end of each contract or order exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold when the duration is one year or less.
- Deliverables must include appropriate checklists for accessibility, except upon approval from the Contracting Officer or Representative.
- In case of modifications adding new EIT supplies or services, the contractor may need to submit a completed HHS Section 508 Product Assessment Template to demonstrate compliance with accessibility standards.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be defined in the task/delivery order requests, which may vary depending on specific requirements outlined in individual orders.
