The 505th TRS requires repair of a collapsible antenna tower that can be easily lowered. The contractor shall perform both inspections and preventive maintenance for the 75' antenna tower for the 505 Training Squadron, to ensure serviceability and prevent deterioration in operational effectiveness. The contractor shall provide all required equipment, tools, personnel, materials and supplies necessary to accomplish the services. The contractor shall comply with the current manufacturers' recommendations and procedures, and all local, state, and federal regulations. As well as commercial standards, and this Statement of Work. The contractor's representative shall follow the most recent version of all referenced publications.

Background
The 505th Training Squadron (TRS) is seeking a contractor to perform repair, inspection, and preventive maintenance on a collapsible 75-foot antenna tower. The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational effectiveness and serviceability of the antenna tower, which is critical for the squadron's mission. The contractor must adhere to manufacturers' recommendations and comply with all applicable regulations.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, tools, personnel, materials, and supplies to accomplish the services required for the antenna tower. Specific tasks include:

1. Routine Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair: Disassemble the antenna tower, install or replace components, perform operational checks of replacement components, and ensure functionality according to manufacturer’s instructions.

2. On-Site Visit: Schedule and coordinate visits with a government representative.

3. Reports: Prepare a written report/checklist after inspections detailing tower serial numbers, date of inspection, recommended preventative maintenance, cost estimates for additional repairs needed outside normal maintenance, inspector's name, and overall condition of the tower.

4. Telephone and Email Support: Provide contact information for technical support during business hours (8am to 5pm CT).

5. Suggested Equipment List includes items such as Stainless Steel Screw Actuator System (1), Pre-wired GM Kit (1), various stainless steel cables in different diameters and lengths, clamps for cables, thimbles for cables, axle bolts for pulley sheaves, and Acme Gimbal Nuts.
