The contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, tools, equipment,and qualified labor necessary to manufacture and deliver a Mobile Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Fill Trailer to include the following options: a spare tire with cover, an airhose reel with hose, lunette eye hitch, and two ASME air storage cylinders. The contractorshall comply with manufacturer's recommendations and procedures. The service will be thesole responsibility of the contractor. An operational system shall be turned over to theGovernment. System shall have the ability to fill SCBA bottles at remote locations IAW NFPA1901 (current edition).Please refer to Attachment 1: Performance of Work Statement for further details.

There is currently no funding for this requirement.

Amendment 1- A document with questions from an interested party with answers has been attached to this solicitation (30 June 2025)

Amendment 2- Update to question " What CFM and horsepower are needed?" (Please see attached word doc Amendment 2)

Answer: We are not worried about HP, only CFM. As long as they meet that, it is acceptable.

Amendment 3- Due dates for quotes has been pushed back to 23 July 2025 to allow for questions and time to quote. Questions are due 9 July 2025 with answers posted no later than 15 July 2025. A fourth amendment will be issued with answers to the questions.

Background
The contract is issued by the 50th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) at Schriever Air Force Base, Colorado. The mission of the 50 CES is to provide engineering and construction support for the U.S. Air Force. The goal of this contract is to manufacture and deliver a Mobile Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Fill Trailer, which will enhance operational capabilities for filling SCBA bottles at remote locations in accordance with NFPA 1901 standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, and qualified labor necessary to manufacture and deliver a Mobile SCBA Fill Trailer. The trailer must include the following options:
- A spare tire with cover
- An air hose reel with hose
- Lunette eye hitch
- Two ASME air storage cylinders.

The contractor must comply with manufacturer’s recommendations and procedures. An operational system shall be turned over to the Government upon completion. The system must have the ability to fill SCBA bottles at remote locations in accordance with NFPA 1901 (current edition).

Place of Performance
Delivery will be made to Schriever Air Force Base, Colorado.
