*This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act.

This is a non-personal services contract to provide environmental remediation services for the Defense Environmental Restoration Program (DERP). The services are to provide the technical knowledge possessed by environmental engineers, geologists, and scientists to conduct a multiple site Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) Five-Year Review (FYR) at Kirtland Air Force Base (AFB), New Mexico (NM).
