Background
NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit a five-year repair requirement on a sole source basis to Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation (73030). The intention of the forthcoming solicitation is to award a five-year base with no options for the requirement. The source is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only known source for providing repair support of the above repair part. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

Work Details
The repairable assemblies to be repaired and/or modified under the forthcoming agreement are set forth by manufacturers 1 Alternate I, as applicable.
The item under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
Item Unique Identification (IUID) requirements will apply and will be posted in the solicitation.
NAVSUP WSS intends to acquire these supplies using the provisions, clauses, and procedures prescribed in Part 15. Based upon market research, NAVSUP WSS is using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies.

Period of Performance
Anticipated award date is 30 September 2024.
