Firm Fixed Priced IDIQ contract for Inactive Dried Yeast, Primary Grown in accordance with specifications. 350 (50-lb) bags or 17,500 lbs of Inactive Dried Yeast every 56 days, about 6 deliveries per year. All cost to include but not limit to: overhead, general and administrative, profit, and insurance. Shipping with be FOB Destination - Prepaid and add. The period of performance is from date of award and not to exceed five years. FAR Economic Price Adjustment 52.216-2 (NOV 2021) applies to periods 3 thru 5 (CLINS 005, 007, and 009 ).
