4th Level Piece Parts (4LPP) and FY21 US & UK Spares

The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) awarded a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Order under existing BOA N00030-19-G-0038 issued on a sole-source basis to General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS), Pittsfield, MA.
The Order will be to provide:

a. Increment 13 4LPP: Support increment 13 4th Level Piece Parts procurement for SPALT 30377 by building, inspecting, testing and delivering U.S. & UK Increment 13 4th Level Piece Part Kits and performingNetwork Switch Troubleshooting Test Development by developing a Network Switch Troubleshooting test as defined in OD 71149 (21 Feb 2020), Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) Shipboard Integration (SSI) Increment 13 MOD 6/7 FCS and Shipboard Data System (SDS) Program Plan and in
accordance with T9001B checklist as modified May 21, 2018, Fire Control Type, Production Phase, incorporated as part of the basic ordering agreement.
b. U.S. and UK Spares: The contractor shall provide both U.S. and UK Weapon Control Systems Spares and Special Support Equipment spare parts listed as deliverables for the Fire Control Systems (FCS), Auxiliary Systems (AS) including the Strategic Weapons System Maintenance Information Network (SWSMIN), Electronic Work Log (EWL) and associated Fire Control Support Equipment. All effort shall be performed inaccordance with the T9001B checklist as modified May 21, 2018, Fire
Control Type, Operational Support Column, incorporated as part of the basic ordering agreement.
This order is being awarded on a sole source basis in accordance with statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
