4MPIX 6.5 UM SCMOS EUV CAMERA (AXIS-SXR-EUV)

Background
The X-ray optics group in Code 662 (GSFC) at NASA requires an X-ray imaging sensor with CMOS technology. The CMOS X-ray camera is needed for measuring the performance of X-ray mirrors with higher angular resolution to avoid pile-up issues and to provide quick feedback for development. This equipment is essential for the X-ray mirror characterization for NASA flight projects.

Work Details
The X-ray CMOS camera shall meet the following specifications: In-vacuum type camera configuration, pixel size less than 10 micron-m, sensor area size greater than 12.7 mm, frame rate greater than 30 fps, rolling shutter readout type, over 80% quantum efficiency at less than 1 keV, equipped with a thermal electric cooler to cool down the camera to approximately 25C, and a Software Development Kit available for Linux Operating system.
