Background
The US Army Cadet Command (USACC) is responsible for overseeing the Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (JROTC) programs. Work Details

3. Notify points of contact via email before initial shipment and include tracking numbers for each shipment. Deliveries cannot occur during blackout dates or outside specified hours (0730 AM to 3 PM EST).

4. Complete a DD Form 250 for each location, listing all equipment and serial numbers, and include a paper copy in each shipment along with the packing slip. The contractor must also provide a sample DD Form 250 for review prior to beginning shipments.
