Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado is seeking potential sources to provide the 4th Electromagnetic Warfare Squadron (4 EWS) with Hard-side Expandable Light Air Mobile Shelter (HELAMS).
The 21st Contracting Squadron (21CONS) is conducting market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources. This announcement serves as a sources sought notice and does not constitute a commitment by the government.

Work Details
The HELAMS must meet the following minimum requirements:
- 16in 4ea minimum ducts for Mil spec ECUs.
- Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) capability, including an intrusion detection system.
- Corner leveling jacks rated at 4x5,000lbs.
- Input Power of 120/208 VAC, 3PH, 60Hz with a current of 60 amps.
- Two power connectors (MIL-C-22992, Class L).
- Lighting with dimming options and emergency backup lighting.
- Cooling and temperature control systems.
- CDX-10 Personnel Door Locks and Cypher Personnel Door Locks.
- Dimensions: EXTERIOR STOWED - 96"W x 178"L x 96.25"H; INTERIOR STOWED - 79.7"W x 174.3"L x 87"H; EXTERIOR DEPLOYED - 258"W x 178"L x 96.25"H; INTERIOR DEPLOYED - 256"W x 174.3"L x 87"H.
- Six (6) center-mounted side-by-side 19-inch server racks.
