The contract awarded under this solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ), Single Award Task Order (SATOC) contract for Environmental Remediation Services with Military Munitions Response Program Capabilities (ERS w/MMRP) under NAICS Code 562910, in support of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District (USACE) and its customers in the Continental United States (CONUS), Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories with the East Half of the United States as primary coverage. Task orders will be issued as the need arises during the ordering period. The contract will include Firm-Fixed Price task orders, for Environmental Remediation Services as identified in Section C.

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District (USACE) is issuing this solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ), Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Environmental Remediation Services with Military Munitions Response Program Capabilities (ERS w/MMRP).

The contract aims to support USACE and its customers across the Continental United States (CONUS), Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, primarily covering the East Half of the United States. The total estimated capacity of the contract is $49 million, with a minimum guarantee of $2,500.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a wide range of Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) including but not limited to: assessment, inspection, investigation, study, control, characterization, containment, removal and/or treatment of environmental contamination from pollutants and hazardous materials.

Specific tasks include:
- Preliminary assessments and site inspections.
- Remedial investigations and feasibility studies.
- Remedial design and site remediation activities such as excavation/removal of contaminated soil.
- Installation of treatment systems.
- Compliance with federal regulations including RCRA and CERCLA.
- Addressing contaminants such as PFAS, petroleum products, volatile organics, metals, explosives, etc.
- Conducting sampling and laboratory analysis for various media including soil and groundwater.
- Preparing work plans following EPA guidelines.
- Providing public relations support as needed.

Period of Performance
The basic ordering period for this contract is three years with one two-year option period. The total length of the contract ordering period may extend up to five years and six months from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in various locations across the Continental United States (CONUS), Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
