463L Legacy Cargo Pallet Production Follow-On Contract - Industry Day Notice   3

Background
The Air Force is hosting an Industry Day for the Legacy Cargo Pallet Production Follow-On Contract to solicit feedback from interested industry representatives.

The event aims to inform potential contractors about the requirements and expectations for the 463L Legacy Cargo Pallet program, which is managed by the Support Equipment and Vehicles Program Office at Robins AFB, GA.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the production and management of the 463L Legacy Pallet HCU-6/E. Key responsibilities include:
- Program Management: Identify a single point of contact (Program Manager) for all contract matters.
- Monthly Status Reports: Submit reports covering actions to date and projections for future work, documenting tasks, issues, actions, and deliverables outlined in the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Warranty Plan: Provide a warranty plan with coverage details, response times for repair/replacement parts, and procedures for support within CONUS and OCONUS. The minimum warranty period shall not be less than 1 year.
- Hazardous Materials Management: Manage hazardous materials in accordance with AFI 32-7086, ensuring no Class I or II Ozone Depleting Substances are used during operation or maintenance.
- Corrosion Control: Establish a corrosion prevention control program documented in a corrosion prevention and control plan as per MIL-STD-1568.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement a risk management program following guidelines from the Risk Management Guide for DoD Acquisition.

Place of Performance
The primary place of performance will be at contractor facilities as well as government locations as required.
