Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide replacement components for its existing water quality monitoring equipment at the Lake City VA Medical Center. The current systems are outdated and no longer fully supported by manufacturers, leading to limited availability of replacement parts and reduced reliability.

The goal of this contract is to enhance the safety, reliability, and operational efficiency of the potable water systems throughout the Lake City VA campus.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following replacement components:
- Quantity (4) Single Flow Cell
- Quantity (4) pH Sensor
- Quantity (4) Pressure Switches/Transducers
- Quantity (4) Chlorine Analyzers (0–20 ppm)
- Quantity (4) Water Filter Kits/Sample Line to System
- Quantity (4) Analyzer Pre-Filter Kits with Housing.

These components must be fully compatible with the existing Ecolab Monitoring Database to maintain form, fit, and function.

Period of Performance
Delivery is expected within 60 days after receipt of order.

Place of Performance
Lake City VA Medical Center, 619 S. Marion Ave, Lake City, FL 32025.
