46 TS-OL/A SCIF Office Workplace Furniture

Background
The 46 TS-OL/A Squadron located at Patrick Space Force Base requires office workplace furniture for a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) currently under construction.

The goal of this contract is to provide furniture that supports personnel and meets specific design requirements outlined in the solicitation. The project aims to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as Department of Defense (DoD) and Air Force regulations.

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for designing, delivering, and installing the following types of furniture:

- Desks and workstations
- Overheads and shelves
- Seating
- Filing and storage units
- Computer mounts
- Task lighting.

Specific quantities include:

- 1 Conference Room Table
- 9 Conference Room Chairs
- 28 File Drawers
- 9 Workstation Task Chairs
- 1 Privacy Screen
- 7 Task Lights.

The contractor must provide a final furniture layout and Bill of Materials (BOM) that meets customer requirements based on provided design drawings. The contractor must also ensure that all designs accommodate two to three desktop computers per desk with proper separations for security domains.
