Responses to this source sought notice must be in writing. The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential businesses interested and capable of providing the services described below. Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center is requesting contractors to provide brand name Digital Sink Faucet with Temp Control. 1. CHARACTERISTICS: Equipment must have salient characteristics to enable the government to perform the capabilities: Equal to Armstrong MX1-20 RADA Digital Faucet W/Temp control Quantity 75 DIGITAL FAUCET Digital Faucet shall have non-touch flow (IR) and temperature (capacitive) controls Digital Faucet shall have smooth bore laminar flow copper outlet pipe with copper lined insert and flexible PEX lined hoses Digital Faucet shall allow programmable temperatures, flow rates, run time, automated blend duty flush and cold flush, thermal disinfection Digital Faucet shall be of 95% engineering metallics and lead free compliant and IP X4 rated SHALL HAVE THE FOLLOWING OPERATIONAL SPECIFICATIONS: +/- 2 F water temperature control Programmable flow rates from 1 2.2GPM (3.8 8.3LPM) Programmable set point range of 91.4-113 F (33-45 C) Programmable thermal disinfection range of 140-176 F (60-80 C) Automatic safe closure of hot water inlet in response to inlet supply failure, power failure Programmable automatic fixture flush to evacuate stagnant water Operational water pressure range of 14psig (1barg) to 145psig (10barg) SHALL HAVE THE FOLLOWING CONNECTIVITY SPECIFICATIONS: Bluetooth enabled for direct connectivity to the mobile app for field adjustments MODBUS RTU RS485 port for connectivity to either a Local Area Network or integration with a Building Automation System (BAS) SHALL BE CERTIFIED TO ASSE 1070, CUPC, UL1951, UL1310, CAN/CSA C22.2 No. 223, FCC Part 16, NSF 61, NSF 372 (conforms to ASME B112.18.1/CSA B125.1), WaterSense , DOE Energy Policy Act 1992, ADA, ICC/ANSI A117.1, CSA B651, OBC WARRANTY shall have a 3-year all mechanical and electrical parts and a 1 year all finish parts warranty Armstrong Sense DMv2 Shower Quantity 5 Characteristics Programmable timed flow No touch on/off control No touch temperature adjustment Programable min/max temperature access limits Programable thermal disinfection mode Data logging Capabilities 2. FUNCTIONAL AND PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS: Equipment must provide the functional and performance capability as listed above in section in above. 3. Provide recommendations for any findings outside of specified parameters If you are interested and are capable of providing the required service(s) please provide the following information. (1) Company Name, Address, Point of Contact (2) Size status and representations of your business, such as but not limited to: Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Hubzone, Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), Large Business, etc. (3) Is your company considered small under the NAICS code 339920Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing? (4) Does your company have an FSS contract with GSA or the NAC or are you a contract holder with any other federal contract? If so, please provide the contract type and number. (5) If you are an FSS GSA/NAC or other federal contract holder, are the referenced items/solutions available on your schedule/contract? (6) Please provide general pricing for your products/solutions for market research purposes. (7) Please submit a capability statement that addresses qualifications and verifies ability to perform work described above. The Government is not obligated to nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought announcement. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government will in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued. The VA is mandated by Public Law 109-461 to consider a total set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. However, if there are insufficient Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business responses, an alternate set-aside or full and open competition may be determined. No sub-contracting opportunity is anticipated. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 339920 (750 employees). Responses to this notice shall be submitted via email to victor.oliveros@va.gov . Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 7/6/2026 15:00 PDT. After review of the responses to this sources sought announcement, a solicitation may be published on the beta.sam.gov or GSA eBuy websites. Responses to this sources sought announcement will not be considered adequate responses to the solicitation. All interested offerors must respond to the solicitation in addition to responding to this sources sought announcement. Prospective bidders must be authorized re-sellers in order to participate in the solicitation process. Notice to potential offerors: All offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Additionally, all Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Businesses must be registered with the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprise VetBiz Registry located at www.vip.vetbiz.gov.
