The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO 19) is conducting a market survey and is seeking potential sources for Air Filters for the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for information and planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal and shall not be construed as an obligation or commitment by the Government. An award will not be made on any offers submitted in response to this notice, and it shall not be implied the Government is committed to providing any solicitation or award following this notice. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request, nor will the Government compensate a respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided. Technical Specifications/Salient Characteristics: Please see attached Draft Statement of Work Responses shall be submitted to Noaa.Lanotte@va.gov by 2:00pm MT on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified sources of supply and determine the socioeconomic size classification of the supplier and manufacturer of the end item. Work Details
The contract involves providing an annual requirement of air filters for use by Facilities Management Services at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center to support air handler units, fan coils, and HEPA banks.

3. **20x20x2 – MERV 9A Moisture Resistant**
- Quantity: 30 each
- Nominal Size: 20x20x2 inches
- Actual Size: 19.5x19.5x1.75 inches
- Airflow Capacity: 1390 cfm
- Fire rating: UL 900
- Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value: MERV 9A

4. **Additional sizes and specifications include various other MERV ratings (9A, 13, and 14) with specific quantities ranging from a few to over a thousand units per size**.
All items must meet ASHRAE Standards and be available for purchase individually without minimum order requirements.

Base year from September 28, 2026, to September 27, 2027, with four additional option years extending through September 27, 2031.
