Description

The Wichita VA Medical Center is seeking to purchase (1) PowerEx Oil-Less SImplex System Air Compressor Model LSE15044P5 (Brand Name or Equal) per the specifications on teh attached Statement of Work and Price Cost Schedule. The Brand of Air Compressor submitted must be compatible with the current 5 Steris/Medivator DRY-1002 endoscope cabinets with Advantage hookups, Vendor shall submit a letter/statement from the manufacturer of the endoscope cabinets stating the proposed air compressor with dryer will be suited to operate/compatible with the five Steris/Medivator DRY-1002 endoscope cabinets. Only quotes emailed to Kelly.Malec@va.gov will be accepted.

Background
The Wichita VA Medical Center is seeking to purchase a PowerEx Oil-Less Simplex System Air Compressor Model LSE15044P5 (Brand Name or Equal) per the specifications on the attached Statement of Work and Price Cost Schedule. The air compressor must be compatible with the current 5 Steris/Medivator DRY-1002 endoscope cabinets with Advantage hookups. The solicitation is a total SDVOSB Set-Aside with an evaluation criteria of LPTA.

Work Details
The solicitation requires a Laboratory Scroll Enclosed Medical Air Compressor compatible with the new Medivator EndoDry Cabinets to be installed in the renovated endoscopy area. The air compressor must be new, unused, and produced from current production components. It should be able to provide air to five endoscope cabinets and come with standard warranty. The technical requirements include power of 480V/3Ph power, specific air quality standards, and specific volume and pressure requirements at the point of cabinet connection. The delivery location is Robert J. Dole Medical Facility in Wichita, Kansas.

Period of Performance
All items shall be delivered Not Later Than 90 Days After Receipt of Order (NLT 90 Days ARO).
