Background
The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) is seeking to procure a Medical Air Compressor System to replace an outdated unit in Building 170. This system is critical for providing clean air to ventilators, anesthesia machines, and respiratory therapy equipment, which are essential for delivering life-saving patient care to veterans.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide a new Medical Air Compressor System with the following specifications:
- Scroll 10 HP Triplex
- Base Mount
- Single Point Connection (SPC)
- 200 Gal Non Corrosive Vertical Receiver
- System Capacity: 69.6 SCFM @50 psig, 64.0 SCFM @100 psig
- 460/3/60 Main Electrical Connection
- Dual Desiccant Dryers with filters and regulators
- Dew Point Monitor
- CO Monitor
- HMI Touch Screen Display
- Fully NFPA 99 Code Compliant
- Three 'oil-less' scroll air compressor modules with inlet filter, isolation valve, and high inlet vacuum switch for each module
- ASME coded corrosion resistant air receiver with bypass
- Duplex desiccant air dryer system with purge control and piped with duplex pre-filters, after filters, and regulators
- Triplex control panel with HMI control monitoring system
- All discharge air piping and fittings made of ASTM B-819 copper tubing, brass, and/or stainless steel
- All components completely pre-piped and pre-wired to single point service connections. Delivery must be scheduled 24 hours in advance during typical hours of operation.

Period of Performance
Delivery is expected within 60 days after receipt of order (ARO).

This solicitation is unrestricted; however, it includes a Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA). Bidders must provide full manufacturer's data, literature, and installation, operation and maintenance instructions with their technical quote.
Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) (FAR) subpart 12.2, Solicitation, Evaluation, and Award as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. This solicitation is for the purchase of Medical Air System Procurement, and the solicitation number is 36C25626Q1229. This solicitation is unrestricted, and the Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price supply order from this solicitation. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333912, with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. The FSC/PSC is 4310. The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System is seeking to purchase the Medical Air System IAW with attached statement of work.
