Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5 for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. Requirement is being evaluated under the procedures of FAR Part 13. As such, in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3), the quotes will undergo a comparative analysis evaluation to determine which vendor provides the best value to the government in terms of technical capability, past performance, delivery schedule while also providing a competitive price. This combined synopsis/solicitation number is 36C25625Q0910. It is issued as a Request for Quote. The Government anticipates awarding one, firm-fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 dated 01/17/2025. The North Little Rock Eugene Towbin Memorial Hospital Campus is under construction for a new Nutrition and Food Service (NFS) Facility. This facility serves all food prep, cooking, dining services, delivery of food to inpatient patients. The new facility needs several new pieces of equipment for the cooking services. The North Little Rock Eugene Towbin Memorial Hospital is seeking a contract to furnish and install various pieces of equipment indicated in this package. 7 Kitchen hood systems 1 Walk-in combo unit (refrigerator/freezer) 1 Walk-in Cooler (large) 1 Walk-in Freezer 1 Walk-in cooler (small) 1 Walk-in Evaporator & Condensing units Kitchen Hood system and installation Walk-in cooler/freezer installation F.O.B. destination, quoters submitted on a basis other than F.O.B. destination will be deemed as nonresponsive. Background

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish and install the following equipment:

- 1 Walk-in Cooler (large)
- 1 Walk-in Freezer
- 1 Walk-in cooler (small)
- 1 Walk-in Evaporator & Condensing units
- Kitchen Hood system installation
- Walk-in cooler/freezer installation.

All equipment must meet the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work, including compliance with NSF International Requirements and UL safety standards. The installation must be completed during the current construction phase, with specific requirements for electrical components and structural integrity.

Period of Performance
Delivery and installation shall start on October 1, 2025.
