400Hz Solid-State Ground Power Unit

Background
The District of Columbia National Guard (DCNG) requires a mobile, shore-powered solid-state Ground Power Unit (GPU) / Frequency Converter. The primary purpose of this equipment is to provide clean 400 Hz AC ground electrical power to support hangar and flightline maintenance, pre-flight troubleshooting, and servicing of military aircraft, specifically the UH-60M Blackhawks.

This solicitation aims to fulfill the DCNG's operational needs for reliable ground power equipment.

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of one (1) 400Hz Solid-State Ground Power Unit in accordance with the Purchase Description. The unit must meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation and must include DoD unique identification or a recognized equivalent. The vendor's part number is to be determined (TBD).

The pricing arrangement for this contract is firm fixed price.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required on or before November 30, 2026.

The product will be delivered to Joint Base Anacostia, DC at the following address: W8AH DCARNG ELEMENT, JF HQ, 189 POREMBA CT SW, BLDG 350, JOINT BASE ANACOSTIA, DC 20373-5115, UNITED STATES.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with the Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA) status. Additionally, bidders are required to have manufacturer or reseller authorizations and must adhere to any domestic sourcing requirements as specified in the solicitation.
