Background
The purpose of this amendment is to post Amendment 0003 Bidders Questions and Government Responses and update the approval date on B-216-H003 Economic Price Adjustments in red. The previous Amendment that was posted via PIEE on 21 September 2023 and labeled as Amendment Number 0003 did not provide any associated SF 30 Amendment Form for signature as it was only to fix a clerical error for the response date listed in the PIEE portal. Although this amendment posting is labeled as Amendment Number 0004 in the PIEE portal, the associated attachments provided represent the actual Amendment 0003 that Offerors are required to sign and submit with final proposals.

Work Details
The Contractor shall construct the 40’ Patrol Boat Flight 2 (40PB Flt 2) Boat in accordance with Section C and the 40PB Flt 2 Specification, Attachment J-1. The Contractor shall deliver the removable portion of the Well Deck Kickstand with the boat(s) Section C and Attachment J-1. The Contractor shall also provide Pre-Delivery Inspection and Trials (PDIT) IAW Section C-3.094-2. Additionally, OEM Boat Familiarization Training, OEM Main Propulsion Diesel Engine Training, OEM Waterjet Systems Training, Vessel Spare Parts, Materials and Support Equipment Provisioned Item Order, Engineering & Industrial Support, and Engineering Changes are included in the contract.

7-year Indefinite Delivery; Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract
