40 Foot, High Cube, Double Door Dry Containers

Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) National Seed Program in Ely, Nevada, has a requirement for storage solutions to support its operations.
The goal of this contract is to procure 4 Conex Storage containers that meet specific specifications for quality and functionality.

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of 4 units of 40-foot long, High Cube, Double Door Dry Containers.
The specifications for the containers include:
- Containers must be 40 feet long with double doors on each end.
- Fork pockets and lock boxes are considered part of the acceptable unit.
- Offerors must specify the country of origin for the manufacturer in their bid.
- Quality categories must be identified on the bid schedule as either Brand New (never used), One-time use, or Used.
If offering used containers, they must be in very good condition, water-tight, wind-tight, with floors and doors also in very good condition.
Photographs are required for any used containers offered.
- The evaluation priority favors One-time use over Used or Brand New containers.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from May 18, 2026, to June 12, 2026.
Delivery of containers is to begin no earlier than May 18, 2026, and final delivery must occur no later than June 12, 2026.

Place of Performance
The containers are to be delivered to the BLM Ely Seed Warehouse located at 1111 Medlyn Way, Ely, NV 89301.
