4 Station Environmental Shower Decon Trailers

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, is seeking to procure two new identical four station decontamination trailers for use during construction activities such as concrete work, sandblasting, painting, and lead abatement.

The goal of this contract is to provide essential facilities that ensure safety and compliance with environmental standards during these activities.

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of two (2) 4 Station Environmental Shower Decon Trailers with the following specifications:
- Maximum trailer length: 30 feet (total length with tongue: 35 feet maximum)
- One entrance into a 'Dirty Room' and a separate exit in the 'Clean Room'
- Freshwater potable water tank capacity: Minimum 80 gallons / Maximum 200 gallons
- Waste tank capacity: Minimum 80 gallons (matching freshwater tank size)
- Electric water heater
- Roof-mounted AC/Heater
- Cold weather package for winter use, capable of operation at temperatures as low as 0 degrees Fahrenheit with occasional -15 degree days
- Certified lifting points for crane operation
- Negative air filtration system compliant with OSHA standards for silica, asbestos, and lead removal
- Wastewater filtration system with a minimum of a 2-stage filtration process designed to handle maximum expected wastewater volume
- Power capability from a generator for rural operations
- Hitch type: Ball or Pintle hitch suitable for trailer weight.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required on or before September 10, 2026.

Place of Performance
USACE Mississippi River Project Office (MRPO), Fountain City, WI.
