Background
The Naval Air Weapons Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake intends to procure one (1) 3U Rugged Server to support evaluation and proof-of-concept testing for modernizing a currently deployed system. This acquisition aims to fulfill critical computational workloads, high-capacity secure data storage, and localized processing tasks in demanding physical environments.

Work Details
The contractor shall deliver one (1) high-performance 3U ruggedized server configured according to the following specifications:
- Form Factor: 3U rackmount enclosure with a maximum chassis depth of 31.0 inches.
- Chassis Design: Ruggedized steel or aluminum alloy enclosure with dust-baffled air intakes and high-airflow localized cooling fans.
- Power Supplies: Dual 1600W Common Redundant Power Supplies (CRPS), operating in a redundant configuration, certified to deliver at least 972W of continuous power at 120VAC.
- No Wireless Hardware: The system must not include any integrated wireless network adapters, transceivers, or antennas.
- Processors: Two (2) Intel Xeon 6 6732P processors with 32 physical cores each and a base clock speed of 3.8 GHz.
- Memory: 384 GB of DDR5 6400 MHz Registered Dual In-line Memory Modules (RDIMMs) with Error-Correcting Code (ECC) enabled.

The server must also include integrated diagnostics firmware that provides real-time monitoring and predictive diagnostics.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must comply with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 Self. All hardware components must be fully compliant with the Trade Agreements Act (TAA). The vendor must provide component-level country-of-origin documentation and ensure that the system BIOS and firmware are configured for maximum security in an air-gapped environment.
