The Federal Bureau of Prisons is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of bread items for the 3rd Quarter of Fiscal Year 2025. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for delivering the following bread items:

1. **Hot Dog Bread**
- Quantity: 9,334 PG
- Description: Enriched, Finger (Hot Dog), Wheat, Pan Baked, Sliced, Fresh, Seedless.
- Specifications: CID A-A-20053C, Type I, Class D, Style 3. Fresh bread must be delivered within 48 hours after baking.
- Delivery Schedule: Weekly on Mondays (except Holidays), with delivery on Tuesdays if Monday is a holiday.

2. **Sandwich Bread (Hamburger)**
- Quantity: 11,084 PG
- Description: Enriched, Sandwich (Hamburger), Whole Wheat or Multigrain, Pan Baked, Sliced, Fresh, Seedless.
- Specifications: CID A-A-20053C, Type I, Class C. Fresh bread must be delivered within 48 hours after baking.
- Delivery Schedule: Weekly on Mondays (except Holidays), with delivery on Tuesdays if Monday is a holiday.

3. **Whole Wheat Bread**

- Description: White or Whole Wheat Bread, Unseasoned, Fresh, Any Loaf Size, Pan Baked, Sliced, Enriched.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from April 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to the Federal Bureau of Prisons facility located at FCC Forrest City in Forrest City, Arkansas.
