The contract work includes removal and disposal of all office furniture, supplies, cubical parts, filing cabinets, and miscellaneous items identified within the area on the 3rd floor and basement storage room of the Forest Service R4 Regional Office in Ogden, UT. After removal and disposal of all items, the contractor will be responsible to vacuum the floors. The work locations area shown in an attached floorplan drawing.

A Site Visit is scheduled for 06/24/2025 at 10:30 AM MT.
324 25th Street, Ogden, UT 84401. Meet in Room 4100.

Background
The Forest Service R4 Regional Office, located in Ogden, UT, is seeking a contractor to perform the removal and disposal of office furniture, supplies, cubical parts, filing cabinets, and miscellaneous items from the 3rd floor and basement storage room.

The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and organized workspace following the removal of these items. The project is set within a secured building where contractors must adhere to security protocols.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:

1. Removal and disposal of all office furniture, supplies, cubical parts, filing cabinets, and miscellaneous items identified within the specified areas on the 3rd floor and basement storage room.

2. Vacuuming the floors after all items have been removed and disposed of.

3. Coordination with the agency's representative to manage any interactions with staff during the removal process. The work locations are detailed in an attached floorplan drawing.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to be completed within 21 calendar days from the date of award, with a completion deadline no later than September 12th, 2025.
