3ID Data Analytics Support

Background
The 3rd Infantry Division and Fort Stewart are modernizing their digital infrastructure to create a fully scalable, internally managed common operating picture (COP) and data analytics capability. This initiative aims to enhance data visibility, accessibility, understanding, trust, interoperability, and security.

The project focuses on integrating near real-time data to improve organizational efficiency and transform business practices, ultimately aiding decision-making and reducing administrative burdens. The contractor will be responsible for providing analysis, products, and reports as part of this modernization effort.

Work Details
The contractor will perform the following tasks:
1. Visual Reports Development:
- Design and develop visual reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI in accordance with approved project proposals.
- Tailor reports for specific unit battle rhythm events such as briefings and operational reviews.
- Build and maintain dashboards that include key performance indicators (KPIs) related to religious support and medical activities.
- Use data to visualize trends linking serious incident report (SIR) data with religious support data.

2. Refinement and Assistance:
- Respond to staff requests for refining existing visual reports in Power BI.

3. Cybersecurity Metrics:
- Provide monthly summaries of cybersecurity assessment metrics on Microsoft Power Platform.

4. Database Management:
- Ensure efficient database operation with a minimum uptime of 99% and respond to critical issues within 2 hours during business hours.

5. Documentation:
- Develop documentation on database configuration, access authorizations, and standard operating procedures monthly.

6. Backup Plans:
- Implement backup and recovery plans weekly to ensure data integrity.

7. Data Cleaning & Preparation:
- Use Microsoft Power Query for data cleaning from various sources including Excel and SharePoint daily.

8. Integration & Implementation:
- Create visualizations in Power BI for all relevant data under the Division Chaplain's purview weekly.

9. Best Practices Development:
- Develop best practices for effective visual report design monthly.

10. Training Sessions:
- Conduct training sessions on Power BI best practices quarterly.
