This acquisition is for the procurement of 3DEXPERIENCE server and client software annual maintenance, previously referred to as Enterprise InNOVation Interactive Application (ENOVIA). This is a follow-on to contract number N0042124C0090.

A certification of authorized reseller status issued by the manufacturer must be submitted with all quotes to be considered.

The Period of Performance shall be from 08 September 2025 - 07 September 2026.

Please submit quotes to Lauren Dennison at lauren.a.dennison.civ@us.navy.mil no later 1PM EST on 29 August 2025.

This RFQ is being updated to include clarifying information, but the Parts List has not changed. All previously received responses to this RFQ will be evaluated as well as any RFQs received by the updated offeror due date of this posting.

Background
This acquisition is for the procurement of 3DEXPERIENCE server and client software annual maintenance, previously referred to as Enterprise InNOVation Interactive Application (ENOVIA). This contract follows contract number N0042124C0090 and is issued by the Navy, aiming to ensure continued support and maintenance of critical software applications necessary for engineering and design processes.

Work Details
The contractor will provide annual maintenance for various software components under the 3DEXPERIENCE suite. The specific tasks include:
- Maintenance of CATIA products including Extended STEP Interface, Mechanical Product Creation, Product Review, and Animated Product Review.
- Support for EXALEAD products such as Connector for ENOVIA V6 and CloudView Semantic Factory Pack.
- Management of various engineering roles including Applications Developer, Configuration Engineer, and Digital Mockup Validation Engineer among others.
- Ensuring compliance with contract deliverables related to Aerospace & Defense sectors.
- Providing support for specialized roles such as Electrical 3D Systems Designer and Hydroformed SheetMetal Designer.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance shall be from 08 September 2025 to 07 September 2026.
