Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the VA San Francisco Health Care System, is seeking to procure hydraulic dock levelers as part of their operations. The goal of this contract is to ensure the efficient operation of loading and unloading areas by providing new hydraulic dock levelers, which are essential for maintaining logistics and operational integrity at the facility.

Work Details
The contract includes the supply and installation of two (2) Hydraulic Dock Levelers with the following specifications:
- Quantity: 2 units
- Size: 6' x 8'
- Motor: 460 Volt, 3 Phase, 1 HP with NEMA 4X Control boxes
- Capacity: 35,000 LB
- Features: Full range toe guards, 16" lip, cross traffic safety legs, heavy-duty lip keepers, working range of 12" up/down, laminated bumpers.

Additional work includes removal and disposal of existing damaged units. The installation must occur during standard operating hours to avoid disruption.

- Delivery Schedule: All items are to be delivered to the Department of Veterans Affairs VA San Francisco Health Care System located at 4150 Clement Street, Bldg 203, San Francisco, CA 94121 between November 20, 2025 and February 20, 2026.

Period of Performance
Base Period of Performance begins on November 20, 2025 and ends on February 20, 2026.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered and installed at the VA San Francisco Health Care System located at 4150 Clement Street, Bldg 203, San Francisco, CA 94121.
